What you need to bring to the table:
- Excellent communication experience is a must.
- Comfortable with fractions and decimals
- Meticulous workmanship / follows instructions easily.
- Works effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Prior manufacturing production experience is beneficial, but our client is willing to train the right people for this role.
- Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics, and written instructions.
- Identify and rectify any assembly errors.
- Able to meet production quotas.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in a quality focused environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of production output.
