Job Description:
The Production Lead job shift is 8am-3pm and would start training 2-3 days per week mid-August and move to 3-5 days per week September through mid-December.
The job will be 3-4 days per week January through May, and 2-3 days per week June through August.
The Production Lead is responsible for participating in and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rebecca's Nut-Free.
This position will be responsible for the daily cookie dough mixing and supervision and management of the production team as they process the cookie dough.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring that all production staff are following safety guidelines and that proper documentation is being completed.
We can be flexible with scheduling for the right candidate.
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily production and staffing schedule Mix the cookie dough for the day Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all production staff Ensure that all products meet Rebecca's Nut-Free standards for quality, color, and consistency Ensure all production staff are following company policies and procedures Ensure final packaged products are up to company quality standards Approve and accept deliveries of ingredients and supplies Ensure all inventory is accounted for and optimized Participate with the Order Fulfillment Team as needed Ensure all production equipment is properly used, cleaned and sanitized.
